Helena worked at the Southern Times Newspaper while freelancing for Namibia Broadcasting Corporation. She had five years of working experience before joining Orcas Investment Managers. She holds a Higher Certificate in Paralegal Studies and is pursuing her Degree in Business Administration.

Prior to joining Orcas Investment Managers in June 2022, Christa served as an administrator at Nampost Savings Bank. She holds a Diploma in Applied Statistics and a Certificate in Investment Management.

Shihepo started his career at the Institute for Public Policy Research as a research assistant before joining one of Namibia’s seasoned stock brokerage firms as an analyst. Later, he became an Equity Analyst at Imara S.P. Reid Stockbrokers (current Momentum SP Reid Securities) in Johannesburg, South Africa. He later joined the Development Bank of Namibia as an Equity Investment Analyst. Shihepo holds an MCom. & BCom. Honours (Financial Economics & Investment Management) and a Bachelor of Accounting.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mpingana started her career as a Statistician at National Planning Commission before joining Sovereign Asset Management (in association with Oasis Asset Management) in 2005 as a portfolio administrator and progressed to portfolio manager. Mpingana served as an investment manager at the Social Security Commission and returned to SAM in 2014. Mpingana holds an MBA (Finance), BCom. Honours (Financial Analysis & Portfolio Investment) and BSc (Mathematics & Applied Mathematics).
